Galoppin Papier

Nostalgia

Galoppin Papier's rich history as a family business dates back to the 1930s. Marcel Galoppin, grandfather of the current managers Marc and Jos Galoppin, started selling blue chicory paper and packaging for animal grease in Melsbroek in 1937. Due to renovations to the road network, the company moved to its current location on Leuvensesteenweg in Boortmeerbeek in 1977. As the years went by, the site expanded several times and the range of packaging also grew considerably. Today, Galoppin Papier has a team of 50 employees, its own prepress department, a production park of some 50 machines, its own trucks and a storage warehouse of over 6000 m². With Wouter and Mathias, the 4th generation is now also supporting further growth and innovation.
