CONDITIONS OF SALE
GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
1. All our invoices are payable without discount unless otherwise agreed.
2. Our invoices are payable by deposit or transfer to the bank account of our company or to our registered office, also in the event that we draw bills of exchange on our customers or accept their bills of exchange.
3. In the event of late payment, default interest will be due at the discount rate of the National Bank increased by 3%, to be calculated from the due date of the invoice, until payment, by operation of law and without notice of default.
4. Furthermore, in the event of non-payment and after fruitless notice of default, a compensation of 15% of the amount of the invoice will be due by registered letter, and with a minimum of 50 Euro and a maximum of 1,500 Euro, by way of compensation.
5. The fastness of the ink colours is not guaranteed. A deviation may never justify the refusal of the goods, nor the request for a price reduction.
6. The shades and purity of the paper, cardboard and polyethylene may vary from one production to another. We cannot commit ourselves to always supplying paper, cardboard or polyethylene of the same shade, nor with the same purity as that of the samples. A small difference in shape, quality or thickness does not justify a complaint or refusal.
7. When manufacturing bags or similar products, a quantity of 2% of bad copies will be considered normal. In addition, a deviation of more or less than 10% on the ordered quantities will always be accepted by the buyer. This deviation becomes 20% for orders of less than 10,000 pieces. The products sold by weight are invoiced gross for net.
8. Complaints must be submitted by registered letter within eight days of receipt of the delivered goods. 9. The delivery times are for information purposes only and are only approximate. They never bind us and can in no way give rise to compensation for any reason whatsoever.
10. An order in progress cannot be changed or cancelled.
11. In the event of a dispute, dispute or action of any nature and for any reason whatsoever and regardless of the method of payment, only the courts under which our company falls have jurisdiction.
12. The goods remain our property until the invoice has been paid.
13. By placing an order, the customer accepts these general terms and conditions of sale regardless of the conditions that the customer prints on his own documents.
